Technology Services (IT) has moved from Schooldude to Helpdesk.
From this point forward for your computer and phone needs you can create a ticket by emailing email@example.com. A new ticket will be generated and assigned and you will get a response letting you know that it has been created. You can simply reply to any of the emails from the help desk to add information, or check status.
