Dear Parents and/or Guardians,
The Health and Physical Education Club at the University of New Hampshire
will be hosting a “Kids Night Out” event on Friday, December 6 from 5:00-8:30pm
at New Hampshire Hall (124 Main Street, Durham) on the UNH campus. All
students who are currently in Grades K through 6 are welcome to attend.
HPE Club members, students studying to be health and physical education
teachers, will be conducting activities such as various sporting activities, arts and
craft, board games, a dance party, as well as many other activities. There will be
an activity for every child. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the
night, along with dinner (pizza). This is not a school-sponsored event; adult
chaperones, and HPE club members (counselors) will be attending the event. The
cost is $20 per student for the entire evening of fun and activity. (If you have
more than one student attending, the cost is $15 for an additional child, and a
family cap of $40)
All participants in the “Kids Night Out” must be dropped off at New Hampshire
Hall. Park in the Edgewood Road Visitor Lot (adjacent to NHH) and come in the
basement entrance no later than 5:30 PM. When picking up your student at 8:30
PM, please bring a form of identification. This is a great chance to get out and, at
the same time, help the HPE Club raise money!
