NEWFIELDS SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES

NEWFIELDS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

 

Members Present:  Michael Grant, Jan Trueman, Mark Bouzianis

Administration:  Arthur Hanson, Superintendent; Steve Kossakoski, Assistant Superintendent, Mike Elwell, School District Attorney

 

1.       The meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM.

2.       Mr. Grant made a motion to recess the meeting to consult with the District’s attorney.  Seconded by Mr. Bouzianis.  All members in favor.  The meeting was recessed at 5:08 PM.

 

  1. Mr. Grant reconvened the meeting at 5:45PM.

 

  1. Mr. Bouzianis made a motion to accept the resignation of Barry Ring and to approve the settlement agreement and release received from Barry Ring.  Seconded by Ms. Trueman.  All members in favor.

 

  1. Mr. Grant read a press release.   

  2. Mr. Bouzianis made a motion to adjourn at 5:50PM.  Seconded by Ms. Trueman.  All members in favor.
