ERCSD Facilities Committee Meeting

1.   High School Sign – Walter Pierce and Victor Sokul displayed the proposed high school sign and mentioned that it is still in the planning stage.  Walter indicated that there is money in the high school project to pay for the sign.  Walter and Victor will bring a recommendation to the board once all of the information is in.

 

2.   TLC Tenants Update – Walter gave a brief overview of Dick Wendell’s discussion with the Tuck Tenants regarding an increase in the rents for 2008 – 2009.  He will bring back their recommendations to the next sub-committee meeting.

 

3.      TLC Vacant Rooms – Walter displayed a floor map of the Tuck Learning Campus pointing out the rooms that are currently in use and also the few vacant rooms that remain.

 

4.   From the Floor – Discussion of the cost of rehabbing the Family Consumer Rooms at the Tuck Learning Campus and also comparative costs to do place program at Exeter High School.  Dick is to bring back to the subcommittee in June.
