Linden Street Re-use Steering Committee Minutes

Committee members present:  Linda Henderson, Lionel Ingram, Ken Lanzillo, Helen Crowe and Walter Pierce

The meeting commenced at 1:15 P.M. with Chair Henderson stating the objective of the meeting which is to clarify the format for the up-coming Public Forums on November 6^th and 8^th.   It was discussed and determined that the following outline would be followed:

            Background of Committee                                            Lionel Ingram

            Phase I Up-date (Abutter Surveys)                               Ken Lanzillo

            Phase II (Identification of Needs)                                  Helen Crowe

            Phase III (Compile, evaluate, prioritize                            Lionel Ingram

            ideas and suggestions for uses) 

            Appraisal Process                                                        Chris Davies

Chair Henderson also asked for input on the set-up of the room, the use of “scribes” to record comments (in addition to the fact that Sam Bruno will tape the forum for Channel 22), and a sign-up sheet for those who would like to speak.

After discussion, it was determined that we should ask two Committee members to act as scribes (Phyllis will e-mail and ask for volunteers) and a sign-up sheet will be available at the door. The room set-up was clarified and it was suggested that the SAU 16 web site be promoted as a resource for obtaining information and up-dates.
