EHS Facilities Committee Meeting Oct. 28, 2002

The Facilities Committee of the Exeter Region Cooperative School Board (ERCSB) has scheduled an open forum to permit members of the public to address concerns about the proposed new high school. The forum has been scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2002, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Science Lecture Hall at Exeter High School.

Members of the Facilities Committee of the ERCSB and the Building Committee will be present to hear questions and comments about the proposed new school.

SAU Administrators and Personnel have sent advance written notice to all abutters of the new site and are contacting by telephone anyone who spoke on the subject at a recent ERCSD Board meeting. The forum is open to the public.

“The School Board is committed to making sure the public is involved and the process open,” said Facilities Committee Chair Kim Casey. “This is an important project and good community involvement is critical to a successful outcome.”
