- some form of photo identification
- proof of residence
- proof of citizenship such as a birth certificate, passport, or
voter registration card
- Naturalized citizens must show ID naming Court of Naturalization
and date of event
Please call town office if you have any questions.
Absentee Ballots
You can get an absentee ballot if you are away at school or out of
town on voting day or cannot get to the polls. You must get the ballot enough ahead of time
to return the completed ballot to the town clerk by a certain date.
To get an absentee ballot, you can visit your town clerk at the town
office and ask for a ballot. There will probably be several
ballots in most towns - a town ballot, a local school district ballot
(for the elementary school), and the ERCSD COOP ballot (for the middle
and high schools). You also may mail a request to the town
for an absentee ballot.
